Situated in a private location, yet near to town, this lovely cottage really does have the best of both worlds. Tucked away along a rural track it has far reaching views over its own valley to sea – the views are amazing!

However, a 5 minute walk will take you onto the Promenade in the heart of the bustling University town of Aberystwyth where you will find local restaurants serving fresh fish from Cardigan Bay and pubs to enjoy a glass or two by the sea.
Aberystwyth also houses the National Library of Wales and a world class arts centre. Surrounded in natural beauty, it is full of surprises including the incredible sight of the starlings rising up from the prom in the evening. Find out more at the free Amgueddfa Ceredigion Museum in Terrace Road.
The cottage has been lovingly converted from stables using environmentally friendly, natural materials. The traditional Welsh slate floor has cosy underfloor heating plus a log stove to ensure you are snug in all weathers. The perfect place to get away from it all, go walking, cycling, or visit the gorgeous beaches of Cardigan Bay.

There are footpaths and cycle routes which can be explored from the doorstep. If you travel by train the electric cliff railway will take you to the summit where you can enjoy a bird's eye view via the world's largest camera obscura.
